1. What Information is Processed
EasyJoinImage processes only the digital images (such as Aadhaar card photos, PAN card photos, passport photographs, and handwritten signatures) that you explicitly select or drag and drop into the application interface.
We do not collect, read, or harvest your name, Aadhaar number, PAN number, date of birth, address, or biometric credentials.
2. Where Processing Occurs: In User's Browser Only
Unlike conventional cloud-based converters that transfer your sensitive documents over the internet, 100% of all image operations take place strictly inside your web browser's local sandbox on your device (phone, laptop, tablet, or desktop).
Using standard HTML5 File APIs, Canvas 2D context rendering, and Web Workers, all computations—including cropping, rotating, contrast adjustment, scanning filters, stitching, and KB-based compression—are executed exclusively by your local CPU/GPU memory (RAM).
3. Whether Files are Uploaded to Any Server
No. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or to any third-party server.
Our server functions purely as a delivery mechanism for static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and font assets. Once loaded, all document manipulation runs fully disconnected from the network. You can verify this by turning off your Wi-Fi or mobile data before editing—our tools continue to function smoothly offline.
4. Data Retention: We Don't Store Your Images
Because your images never leave your device and are never transmitted over the internet to our servers, we do not store, view, log, or maintain copies of your photographs or documents. There are zero databases, server caches, or cloud storage buckets. When you refresh or close your browser tab, all transient image data is instantly and permanently destroyed by your browser's memory management.
5. Advertising and Analytics
EasyJoinImage may use Google services, including Google AdSense and Google Analytics, to support website operation, understand aggregate website usage, and display advertising if advertising is enabled. These services may use cookies or similar technologies according to Google's applicable policies.
- Aggregate Analytics: When analytics tools are active, anonymous aggregate metrics (such as device category, browser type, and page interactions) help us optimize tool usability and performance. No document files, image contents, or personal card data are ever tracked or transmitted.
- Advertising: If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Managing Cookies: You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings ↗ or via the Network Advertising Initiative at aboutads.info ↗. You may also disable cookies in your browser settings without impacting any document editing features.
6. Third-Party Services: Google
The third-party service provider that may be integrated on EasyJoinImage is Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and Google AdSense if active). These services collect standard technical log data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy ↗.

By enforcing 100% client-side zero-upload processing, EasyJoinImage inherently aligns with global and national privacy regulations:
- Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India): No personal data is stored, centralized, or monetized.
