1. No Certification of Document Validity

EasyJoinImage is strictly an image editing, cropping, and arrangement utility designed to assist users in arranging, rotating, and resizing photos for printing and digital application forms. We do not inspect, verify, validate, authenticate, or certify the authenticity, legality, or government standing of any document formatted using this tool.

Creating a combined, cropped, or cleaned image through EasyJoinImage does not transform an unverified digital photograph into an officially certified identity credential.

2. Institutional Requirements & KYC Policies

Different commercial banks, financial institutions, telecom operators, passport offices, and recruitment boards (such as SSC, UPSC, IBPS, and State PSCs) establish distinct compliance policies regarding accepted identity formats:

Some institutions accept single-page printouts or photocopies showing both sides of an Aadhaar or PAN card.
Other organizations mandate presentation of original PVC cards, officially downloaded password-protected e-Aadhaar PDFs with verifiable digital signatures, or in-person biometric authentication.
Exam portals frequently have exact photo/signature dimension limits, white background rules, or specific name and date stamps.

Users and CSC operators are solely responsible for reviewing the official requirements of the receiving organization prior to submission.

3. Independent Utility — No Government Affiliation

EasyJoinImage is completely independent and is not affiliated, endorsed, authorized, or sponsored by:

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)
The Income Tax Department of India, NSDL (Protean), or UTIITSL
The Election Commission of India (ECI)
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH / Parivahan)
Staff Selection Commission (SSC), UPSC, or IBPS

Document designations such as "Aadhaar", "PAN Card", "Voter ID", "Driving Licence", and "Passport" are mentioned strictly for descriptive and layout formatting reference purposes under nominative fair use.
