Aadhaar front & back printing — built for the print counter
At a CSC or photocopy shop, this job arrives dozens of times a day: a customer holds out their phone with two WhatsApp photos of an Aadhaar card and wants both sides on one page — straight, readable, and at a size that looks like the real card. The photos are dark, tilted, and shot on a bedsheet. The customer is waiting.
This page is the whole job in one place: crop both sides to true card proportions, fix the lighting, join them on one A4, and print at actual card size (85.6 mm) — cut out, laminate, done.
The two-minute counter routine
- Get the photos in. Customer WhatsApps front and back; save both and drag them into the box above. Several customers' cards can be loaded at once — each image is its own card with its own controls.
- Crop with the ID preset. Press ✂ Crop; the box opens already sitting on the detected card. The ID card 85.6×54 preset locks real proportions; the tilt slider squares up a slanted shot.
- Fix the light in one tap. Auto clean handles most photos; Document mode gives the white photocopy look many customers prefer.
- Join, print at actual size. Tick both → Vertical → Join images → Photo size: Actual card size → Print, with the dialog's scale at 100%. Or print two customers per sheet with Half page.
Why it fits a shop better than scanner apps
Nothing to install on the counter PC, nothing to license, no watermark to explain away, and — the part that matters when you handle strangers' identity documents all day — no customer document ever leaves the machine. The processing is entirely in the browser. There is no server that could leak, because no server ever receives anything. Tell customers that; it is a genuine service point.
The same flow covers PAN, Voter ID, driving licences and ration cards — all standard CR80 cards at 85.6 × 54 mm. And when a portal needs the joined file under a size cap, the resize image in KB tool brings it down to 20–500 KB without re-doing the work.
Print-counter questions
How do I print Aadhaar front and back on one page at actual size?
Crop both photos with the ID card 85.6×54 preset, tick both, join Vertical, set Photo size to Actual card size, press Print, and keep the dialog's scale at 100%. The card prints at its true width, ready to cut out.
Can a customer send their Aadhaar photos over WhatsApp for printing?
Yes — that's the normal counter flow. Save the two photos from WhatsApp, drop them in, crop, join, print. The finished page can go back to the customer with the Share to WhatsApp button too.
Is customer document data safe in this tool?
Yes. Everything runs in the browser on your own computer — no customer card is uploaded, stored or logged anywhere. Close the tab and it's gone. For a shop handling other people's IDs all day, that's the safest possible setup.
Does it work for PAN card, Voter ID and driving licence printing too?
Yes — they're all the same 85.6 × 54 mm CR80 card size, so the same preset, join and actual-size print apply.
Aadhaar dono side ek page par print kaise kare dukaan par?
Customer se dono side ki photo WhatsApp par lijiye, tool me daalkar ID card preset se crop kijiye, Vertical join karke Actual card size chunkar Print dabaiye — scale 100% rakhiye. Koi photo server par upload nahi hoti.
