Why do Handwritten Declarations get rejected on IBPS/SBI portals?

The IBPS portal requires candidates to upload their handwritten declaration in an 800 × 400 pixel canvas (a 2:1 aspect ratio) with a file size strictly between 50 KB and 100 KB.

Most candidates take a phone photo that has a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio. Generic photo compressors forcefully stretch the image, making the handwriting unreadable, or crop off the candidate's name or signature. EasyJoinImage fits your photo proportionally onto a clean pure white 800×400 canvas, keeping every word crisp and fully legible.
